Process Them is an email processor which lets you process the messages that come into your POP3 account, or your Outlook client. It lets you filter the messages by subject, size, account ... and order them to easily see the information you need. It extracts data from the messages, imports them to a text file or a database (SQLServer, Access, MySQL), sends a new message and uses the extracted data to form part of that new message. In summary, Process Them is a utility you can use for a multitude of tasks in your email account: anti-spam filters, message organization, automatic email checking, etc.
